Did these people stay at the same place ??? or are they just miserable moaning bastards. we stayed from 25th August and had great and Ugis(Hugo) was great with the kids. The place was very clean !! what do you people expect , if you want 5 star accommadation PAY 5 STAR MONEY !!!!!

We will not be returning. It is a shit hole. The most unwelcominging place Ive ever had the misfortune to stay and Maris and Stavros are the most miserable couple Ive ever met.

Stayed at Iraklis apts for our first holiday in Crete very friendly staff, well situated will return again.
